Intact Prolink is an HRDCorp registered training provider. Some of our clients utilize the HRDCorp grant to fund the training program. In this post, we will share the HRDCorp claim process.
In the latest circular (2021) by HRDCorp, all training conducted by the training provider (TP) must be registered with HRDF under the Skim Bantuan Latihan-Khas (SBL KHAS) scheme. SBL Khas is one of the significant schemes under HRDCorp. Financial assistance in the form of training grants may be considered for all types of training programmes tailored to the needs of registered employers.
The process starts after the client agrees to appoint the HRDCorp registered training provider to conduct the training. The TP must register the training program as SBL Khas scheme.
For the client to submit the grant application to HRDCorp, TP will provide the documents with information as below to the client.
Training Name, Mode of Training (Physical or Virtual), Training Date, Course
The course must be registered under SBL Khas scheme by TP before the grant application. All of Intact Prolink’s training programs are registered under SBL Khas scheme.
It is compulsory that the training will conduct by HRDCorp registered trainer. At Intact Prolink, all of our specialists are HRDCorp registered trainers will solid experience in the industry.
Then after HRDCorp approves the grant, TP is responsible for conducting the training as per plan.
After completing the training, TP is responsible for submitting the claim in the e-Tris system. Below are the documents required for the submission.
*If the training is conducted in virtual mode.
** If the participants are sharing the computer.
After HRDCorp approves the claim, TP will receive the payment within 7 working days from HRDCorp.
